2-Position Magnetically Held Toggle Switch

Two-position switch with Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) contacts. Switch function is ON-(ON), where ON is a maintained position and (ON) is a momentary (spring-loaded) position. The momentary position is on the keyway side of the switch.

The switch has a special function to hold the momentary position in place with the use of a small holding solenoid, that is powered by an LDO with an enable/shutdown function and the circuit is protected against inductor flyback (a flyback diode is incorporated).
